Adam Deitch shared a new single, “Turn Us Around,” featuring sampled vocals from his Lettuce bandmate Nigel Hall. The track will appear on the drummer/producer’s forthcoming solo album, Take Your Time, arriving via Golden Wolf Records/Regime Music Group on April 7.
Deitch detailed Take Your Time in February and previewed the record with lead single “Still Haven’t Found.” Adam now follows with “Turn Us Around.”
“To me, ‘Turn Us Around’ means to turn this human race in the RIGHT direction and away from ignorance and division,” Deitch noted on the new track. “Turn Us Around” saw Adam delving into a bootleg Lettuce show to sample vocals from his bandmate Nigel Hall.
“He’s my favorite singer on earth,” Deitch said of Hall.
