Manchester Orchestra and Jimmy Eat World will join forces for a six-week co-headlining tour this summer. The Amplified Echoes Tour hits 29 cities across North America between July 11 and August 26 with Middle Kids opening.
Tickets for the trek go on sale to the general public this Thursday, March 16 at 10 a.m. local time. Citi cardmembers get first dibs on tickets starting tomorrow (Tuesday, March 14) with additional presales leading up to the general on-sales. Manchester Orchestra and Jimmy Eat World kick off the tour with a concert in Missoula, Montana on July 11. The bands then head to the West Coast for shows in Spokane (Washington), Seattle, Bend (Oregon), San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. Stops in Las Vegas on July 22 and Salt Lake City on July 23 follow before a show at the idyllic Red Rocks Amphitheatre outside Denver on July 25. July ends for the excursion with concerts in St. Louis, Nashville, Asheville (North Carolina) and Charlotte.
After a short break, The Amplified Echoes Tour resumes with a swing through Texas for shows in Houston on August 7, Austin on August 8 and Dallas on August 9. A play in Oklahoma City prefaces Midwest dates in Minneapolis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus and Sterling Heights (Michigan). Manchester Orchestra and Jimmy Eat World end the jaunt with concerts in Toronto on August 21 and New York City on August 23.
