Maggie Rogers Sells Tickets At Box Office Herself To Help Fans Avoid Ticketmaster Fees [Video]

49

In an effort to help fans avoid Ticketmaster fees when purchasing tickets for her Summer of ’23 Tour, Maggie Rogers gave fans a day to buy tickets the old fashioned way, in person at the box office, during a “bot-proof” in-person box office pre-sale on Friday. She even showed up to Forest Hills Stadium in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to sell tickets to some lucky fans herself.

Rogers is set to kick off the tour on July 24th in Charlotte, NC with support from fellow singer-songwriter Soccer Mommy, who will stay on the tour for stops in Nashville, Queens, Philadelphia, Portland, MN, and Toronto. Indie rock band Alvvays will then take over the support slot for the second half of the tour starting with Rogers’ headlining debut at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 9th. The group will also open the show in Orem, UT, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Troutdale, OR. The tour will also include a European leg with support from Del Water Gap.
