The Beths Prove They’re ‘Expert In A Dying Field’ ‘Live On KEXP’

The Beths recently performed Live For KEXP. The New Zealand rockers offered songs from their 2022 album, Expert In A Dying Field, for the Seattle independent radio station.

Expert In A Dying Field arrived on September 17, 2022. The Auckland-born quartet made the media rounds while in North America earlier this year, delivering a Tiny Desk Concert and now a Live On KEXP.

The Beths —frontwoman/guitarist Elizabeth Stokes, bassist Ben Sinclair, drummer Tristan Deck and guitarist Jonathan Pearce along with their beloved giant fish — began the set for the Seattle listener supported station with Expert In A Dying Field’s title track followed by the album’s lead single, “Silence Is Golden.” The band continued with “I Told You That I Was Afraid” before closing out the session with “When You Know You Know.”
