The Wooten Brothers featuring bassist Victor Wooten confirmed a run of shows with Rebirth Brass Band. The joint tour dates will take place in September and October.
The Wooten Brothers lineup is rounded out by guitarist Regi Wooten, keyboardist Joseph Wooten and Victor’s Bela Fleck & The Flecktones bandmate, percussionist Roy “Futureman” Wooten. The Wooten Brothers and Rebirth Brass Band kick off the run on September 28 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The two groups then head to Charlotte on September 29 and Atlanta on September 30. The tour continues in Asheville on October 1, followed by stops in Troy, New York on October 3 and Philadelphia on October 4. Heading to Maryland, the bands will perform in Silver Spring on October 5 and in Baltimore on October 6.
From there The Wootens and Rebirth Brass head to Brooklyn on October 7 and up to Portland, Maine on October 8. The joint stretch will see performances in Burlington on October 10, in Boston on October 11 and in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on October 12. The tour wraps with concerts in Roanoke, Virginia on October 13 and in Buffalo, New York on October 14.
