Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit will make their annual pilgrimage to Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium October 12th–22nd, 2023. The eight-night run at the Mother Church of Country Music will also present an array of up-and-coming supporting acts including S.G. Goodman, Satya, and more.
The run begins Thursday, October 12th when Izzy Heltai opens for Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit. The following night, Isbell’s wife and occasional collaborator Amanda Shires will kick things off, followed by Satya on October 14th and S.G. Goodman on Sunday the 15th. Following a well-deserved mid-week break, Isbell and his band return to the Ryman to polish off the back-nine of the run, beginning Thursday, October 19th with Lawrence Rothman. The residency then winds down with openers Autumn Nicholas (10/20), Adeem The Artist (10/21), and finally Quinn Christopherson (10/22).

A pre-sale for tickets to the 2023 Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit Ryman residency begins Wednesday, June 21st at 10 a.m. CT, accessible using the code WEATHERVANES. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. CT.
This year’s Ryman run will mark a series of firsts for Isbell and the Unit, as the band incorporates songs from their latest album, Weathervanes, into each night’s unique setlist. These shows will also mark multi-instrumentalist Will Johnson‘s first Ryman residency with the band, having joined the Unit on second drums, guitar, backing vocals, and gong earlier this month.
