Beck and Phoenix shared their collaborative single, “Odyssey,” today via Capitol Records. The song is the title track, if you will, for the French band and American artist’s upcoming Summer Odyssey Tour.
Written, produced and performed by Beck and Phoenix with mixing from Serban Ghenea, “Odyssey” has a retro ‘80s feel along with that sun-baked summertime anthem quality. The track sees Beck and Phoenix frontman Thomas Mars swapping lines on the verses before the full collaborative outfit contributes to the hooky chorus.

Beck and Phoenix’s Summer Odyssey Tour gets underway on August 1 at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena and concludes on September 10 at Maryland’s Merriweather Post Pavilion. The 19-city trek will see stops at the fabulous Forum in Los Angeles, Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre (two-nights), the World’s Most Famous Arena Madison Square Garden and more.
