  “Concert Touring Is Broken” posted to Neil Young Archives in March. The legendary artist explained why Face Value Exchange is right for him in an article published on Neil Young Archives on Thursday.

  Young received advice from Ticketmaster about the program. “Face Value Exchange is absolutely the right call for Neil,” the Ticketmaster employee told Neil. “This is the most restrictive technology we have the most effective platform industry-wide for stopping scalping.
