You know our love will not fade away! 🐺💀⚡️ Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolfpack are back at it this September. Pre-sales for headline dates begin Thursday, July 20th at 10am local venue time.
On the heels of the end of touring for Dead & Company, Weir has announced a whole slate of shows featuring Jay Lane on drums, famed producer and bassist Don Was, and Jeff Chimenti on piano/keyboards, plus a full section that includes horns and strings. There has been a lot of speculation about what the next stage is for Weir and for his Grateful comrades, and at least for now, Wolf Bros appears to be it!
This lineup allows for Bobby to stretch out on his significant song book, and to explore every nook and crannie of the material. With somewhat non rock and roll instrumentation with violin, pedal steel, trumpet, trombone, and more- interpretations of this material can go to places that they have not been in other lineups that Bobby Weir has used over his over five decades of performing music around the globe.
