Marco Benevento is headed to the West Coast for a run of August solo tour dates.
The Joe Russo’s Almost Dead keyboardist will link up with Brazilian rock band Os Mutantes at Music Box San Diego on August 19th and then at SLO Brew in San Luis Obispo the following night (8/20). He will then take top billing at acclaimed jazz club Yoshi’s Oakland on the 22nd before supporting Os Mutantes and Tune-Yards at The Center for the Arts in Grass Valley, CA on the 23rd. On the 24th, he will stop at Portland jazz club Jack London Revue, and the tour is set to conclude at Seattle’s Tractor Tavern with Os Mutantes.
Tickets for the Os Mutantes shows are on sale now, and tickets for the Marco Benevento solo shows in Oakland and Portland go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. PT.
