Phish brings their summer tour to Madison Square Garden in New York City tonight for the first night of a seven-show residency. SiriusXM’s Phish Radio (Channel 29) will present Garden Party programming to coincide with the run from today through next Sunday, August 6.
JamBase co-founder Andy Gadiel and editorial director Scott “ScottyB” Bernstein will each host episodes of “Crowd Control” during Phish Radio’s Garden Party. Gadiel’s “Crowd Control” premieres on Monday, July 31 at 10 a.m. ET, while the installment helmed by ScottyB debuts on Tuesday, August 1 at 7 p.m. ET. Live For Live Music’s Andrew O’Brien, Phish.net’s Scott Marks and Mike Greenhaus of Relix will also host Garden-themed “Crowd Control” episodes over the coming days.
“Last Night’s MSG Show” can be heard on Phish Radio the next day at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT. The channel will also air classic Phish Garden concerts from the band’s archives. Additionally, new episodes of “Headbands” and “The Bunny” as well as installments of “The Errant Path” with Jonathan Fishman will be broadcast over Phish Radio.
