Pretty Lights recently made his first return to the stage in five years, launching his Soundship Spacesystem Tour with a run of six live shows in Colorado—three at Denver’s Mission Ballroom and another three at Dillon Amphitheater—which received rave reviews from fans. The beloved producer, born Derek Vincent Smith, shared a video recap of the run showing off some of his new visuals and celebrating the power of music to foster love, connection, and community.
“Thank you for three incredible days,” Smith says in the hype video featuring his Pretty Lights live band bandmates Michal Menert, Borahm Lee, Alvin Ford Jr., and Chris Karns. “And remember, anyone who’s struggling out there, the opposite of addiction is connection, so plug into your community. Choose love in every moment, y’all. Let’s get it every day. We outta here.”

The Soundship Spacesystem Tour continues next month with two nights at The Brooklyn Mirage, followed by shows in October at The Salt Shed in Chicago, November shows at The Caverns in Pelham, TN and The Warfield in San Francisco, CA, and wrapping up on December 1st and 2nd at Mardi Gras World in New Orleans, LA.
