Joe Russo’s Almost Dead announced details of six new tour dates. The Grateful Dead tribute act heads back to the Midwest later this year and then starts 2024 with a three-night stand at their second most-played venue.
Madison, Wisconsin’s The Sylvee will host Joe Russo’s Almost Dead on November 30. The quintet featuring namesake drummer Joe Russo, keyboardist Marco Benevento and bassist Dave Dreiwitz as well as guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton then returns to the Riviera Theatre in Chicago on December 1 and 2.
Joe Russo’s Almost Dead are currently slated to kick off the New Year with three shows at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York January 12 – 14, 2024. The group previously performed 25 shows at the rock palace between December 27, 2013 and January 29, 2023.
Artist Presales for the Madison and Chicago shows begin tomorrow, Tuesday, September 12 at 10 a.m. CT and for the Port Chester concerts on Wednesday, September 13 at 11 a.m. ET. Tickets then go on sale to the general public for all six new dates this Friday, September 15 at 10 a.m. local time.
