The Terrapin Family Band will gather at Bay Area venue the Guild Theatre in Menlo Park, California for a “Grateful Holiday Celebration” concert on Sunday, December 10.
Grahame Lesh, Jason Crosby, Ross James and Alex Koford from the former Terrapin Crossroads house band and longtime backing band of Phil Lesh will join forces under The Terrapin Family Band moniker for the outfit’s first performance of 2023. Nicki Bluhm and Scott Law are aboard as special guests.
This year’s Grateful Holiday Celebration comes after The Terrapin Family Band was joined by Bob Weir, Molly Tuttle and Eric Krasno at the Guild on Thanksgiving Eve 2022. Weir stepped in for announced guest Peter Rowan, who was unable to perform after testing positive for COVID-19.
