G. Love & Special Sauce will celebrate their 30th anniversary with a tour and re-release of their 1994 self-titled debut album. G. Love and his longtime band began rolling out 2024 celebratory dates which kick off in January and stretch into March.
G. Live & Special Sauce’s 30th anniversary tour gets underway on January 11 in St. Louis. Additional Midwest dates include Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis and Cleveland among other stops.
Following a show in Pittsburgh on January 21, G. Love will deliver two-night stands in his hometown of Philadelphia and the city that fostered G. Love & The Special Sauce’s breakout, Boston, along with two-show excursions in New York City and Annapolis, Maryland.
February 3 will see G. Love and company in Washington D.C. ahead of Southeastern shows in Charlotte, Charleston (South Carolina) and Atlanta among others. The band will then make a run through Florida with engagements in Fort Myers, St. Petersburg, New Smyrna Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Key West.
Next, G. Love & Special Sauce hop over to the Southwest beginning with a concert in Phoenix on February 29. West Coast dates include the San Diego area, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle.
Following a swing through Salt Lake City, G. Love & Special Sauce wrap the winter excursion in Colorado including shows in Aspen, Steamboat Springs and Fort Collins. The final date on the books takes place at Boulder’s Fox Theatre on March 16.
Tickets go on sale Friday, October 20 at 10 a.m. local time.
