The Mimi Fishman Foundation launched an online Phish poster charity auction, which is live now and concludes on November 14. Up on the block are numbered 2023 Summer Tour posters signed by all four members of Phish.
Phish drummer Jon Fishman’s mother Mimi Fishman co-founded the Mimi Fishman Foundation in 1999 “with the idea that partnering with bands like Phish could truly influence charitable giving and philanthropic engagement…focused on the health and wellbeing of children and families with a particular emphasis on visual impairment,” as per the MFF website.
While Mimi sadly passed away in 2001, her legacy lives on in the volunteer-administered, fan-driven non-profit. The latest function for the MFF is a charity auction featuring 2023 Phish Summer Tour posters signed by the band. Posters from Phish’s seven-night residency at Madison Square Garden and their summer tour closing run at Dick’s are among the items up for auction. Check out some of the ink below:
