Denver’s own prog-improv outfit Squeaky Feet shared a new single, “Tunnel Vision,” featuring Snarky Puppy guitarist Mark Lettieri. The track is set for the quintet’s upcoming album, Cause For Alarm, due out on November 17.
Squeaky Feet consists of guitarists Colin Shore and Greg King, drummer Kevin D’Angelo, bassist Jimmy Finnegan and keyboardist/woodwind specialist Brian Keller. Eliot Kershner performs all piano on Cause For Alarm. Dylan Gleit of Colorado’s Eminence Ensemble produced and mixed the album, recorded largely at Boulder’s Violet Studios. Cause For Alarm is Squeaky Feet’s first true studio effot.
“We’ve poured our hearts and souls into Cause For Alarm, and it’s been an incredible journey,” guitarist Colin Shore stated. “Having Mark Lettieri play on ‘Tunnel Vision’ was a treat for us. Lettieri’s music, both as a solo artist and with Snarky Puppy, was a large part of the inspiration for the tune. The solo section that he played on was even inspired by a particular guitar solo I saw him play live at a show several years back.”

Squeaky Feet is hitting the road for a Northeast tour this month where they’ll team up with Magic Beans, Space Bacon and Dizgo on select dates.
