Both live music fans and eclipse chasers can have it all at the inaugural Texas Eclipse festival. The five-day festival bridging the worlds of music, art, space and technology will take place at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Texas — one of the only places where one can witness the solar eclipse in totality for four minutes and 20 seconds — April 4 – 9, 2024.
Organizers Disco Donnie Presents and Probably Nothing recently revealed the “first contact” lineup, aka the first phase of musical talent set to perform at Texas Eclipse. The diverse group of acts slated to play the new event include the Disco Biscuits, Vulfpeck, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, STS9, Big Gigantic and many others.
Oteil Burbridge & Friends, Clozee, Tycho, Tipper, Subtronics, Desert Hearts, LP Giobbi, Zeds Dead, Boogie T & Barclay Crenshaw (alias of Claude VonStroke/founder of Dirtybird), Bob Moses, Of The Trees, Opiuo and Perfect Stranger are more of the artists headed to Burnet for Texas Eclipse. Tipper will perform a Twilight Set, Bob Moses will provide a Club Set and Clozee will present a Sunset Set. Stay tuned for additional lineup announcements.

Texas Eclipse attendees can also partake in a variety of “immersive experiences that awaken consciousness and explore the frontiers of science, wellness, sustainability, and Indigenous wisdom.” The festival will host a Family & Kids Education Area, Science Workshops, Sustainability Sessions, Indigenous Elders Space and Yoga & Movement offerings as well as a Consciousness Zone and Healing Oasis.
Reveille Peak Ranch neigbors Austin and is a short drive from San Antonio. The 1,300+ acre venue features wood forest for camping, 60 miles of trails to hike on and hilltops for elevated viewing of the rare total solar eclipse.
