The Eagles have once again added more 2024 shows to their Long Goodbye farewell tour. The latest announcement consists of seven new tour dates in six cities the band has yet to bring the trek as well as an encore performance in Charlotte.
Steely Dan will open each of the newly-added shows. The Eagles started their final tour this past September and are expected to continue the excursion through 2025. Over the course of the Long Goodbye, the Eagles — Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit with Vince Gill and Deacon Frey — “will perform as many shows in each market as their audience demands” as per a press release.
The first of the dates announced today is for a concert at Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, California on January 16. Additionally, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame group confirmed February 2024 shows in St. Louis, Omaham, Tulsa and New Orleans. The Eagles also tacked on performances in Orlando on March 4 and Charlotte on March 16.
