WA-based music festival Here Comes The Sun will be coming to Torquay, Victoria, for the first time in 2024, in addition to its annual Margaret River event. Organisers have shared the festival’s first line-up announcement, with Ocean Alley and Ball Park Music serving as headline acts.

Joining them on the bill will be indie rock act Ruby Fields, singer-songwriter Jack Botts, WA reggae band South Summit and indie-pop siblings Clews. More artists are set to be added to the festival in the coming months.

Ocean Alley – ‘Lemonworld’

Here Comes The Sun launched in October 2019 at the 3 Oceans Winery in Metricup, Western Australia. Amy Shark was the inaugural headliner, alongside Seth Sentry and WA acts San Cisco and Sly Withers.

After a COVID washout in 2020, the festival returned in a reduced capacity in 2021 with performances from Tame Impala (under their Sound System guise), Crooked Colours and ShockOne. Here Comes the Sun returned in earnest last year, with performances from Winston Surfshirt, DZ Deathrays and the Babe Rainbow.

Tickets for the east and west editions of the 2024 festival will go on-sale this Friday, 8th December at 10am local time.
