Wilco has announced the return of Solid Sound Festival to MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA with a lineup featuring Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Dry Cleaning, Nick Lowe & Los Straitjackets, Wednesday, Horsegirl, Ratboys, Water From Your Eyes, Mikaela Davis, and many more.
Set for June 28th–30th, the festival will feature multiple headline sets from Wilco alongside band members’ various independent and solo projects, plus an array of unique non-musical programming including a live presentation of Hrishikesh Hirway’s acclaimed Song Exploder podcast, John Hodgman’s Comedy Cabaret, live painting from Steve Keene, a variety of Substack Pop-Up Interviews, screenprinting demos, pop-up record stores, children’s programming, and more. All this in addition to an extensive musical lineup spanning rock, jazz, indie, and experimental music.

Tickets for Solid Sound Festival are on sale now and include full access to MASS MoCA, the country’s largest contemporary art gallery, including temporary exhibitions from Laurie Anderson, Osman Khan, Elle Pérez, Amy Yoes, and Jason Moran and long-term exhibitions from Louise Bourgeois, James Turrell, Sol Lewitt, and more. Children aged 6–12 (as of June 28, 2024) require a Kid’s Ticket, while children aged 5 and under are free, no ticket required.
