The lineup for Party In The Paddock 2024 has blown out with a stack of huge local acts. Topping the second wave of artists are multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer-songwriter Tash Sultana,  global pop superstar Ruel and award-winning EDM producer Hayden James.

The second wave also features a mysterious “secret act”, who will remain under wraps until the event gets underway on Thursday, 8th February, running through til Sunday, 11th February in Quercus Park, Carrick, just outside of Launceston.

Ruel – ‘I DON’T WANNA BE LIKE YOU’

A total crop of 25 new artists have been added to the bash, including local faves Luca Brasi, The Terry’s, DICE, Kita Alexander, Moktar, Maple Glider and more, with a triple j Unearthed competition also underway to handpick a local act to open up the festivities.

The aforementioned acts join an already supersized lineup that features veteran UK acts Rudimental and The Darkness, alongside US buzz acts K.Flay and Petey. German duo Milky Chance will be there too, and so will British house and bass music producer Chris Lorenzo and NYC indie favourites The Drums.

The local contingent is led by G Flip, the recent winner of triple j’s Australian Album of the Year, as well as festival regulars Ball Park MusicLime CordialeSan Cisco and Holy Holy, plus dozens more.

Party in the Paddock is expanding to four days in 2024. It’s a camping festival, though non-camping tickets are also available. Car passes must be purchased separately, and it’s possible to buy single-day tickets. Party in the Paddock is not BYO, but there are several bars around the festival site. It’s okay to bring your own food, but gas bottles are forbidden.
