Telluride Jazz Festival will return to the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Colorado August 9th–11th, 2024 with a diverse musical lineup led by a Rejuvenation 50! Celebration of The Meters featuring Dumpstaphunk and special guests George Porter Jr., Leo Nocentelli, and Cyril Neville. Other acts topping the roster for the long-running festival include Christian McBride, Angélique Kidjo, Antibalas, Marco Benevento, SAY SHE SHE, Cool Cool Cool, Karina Rykman, and more.
Founded in 1977, Telluride Jazz Festival has become one of the country’s premier events dedicated to preserving the American art form of jazz. With an intimate format and spectacular natural scenery, the three-day fest offers attendees a chance to experience performances from local and national touring acts and enjoy abundant alpine recreational activities.
Each day the festival will host performances at Telluride Town Park, with local food vendors and other onsite amenities, and after dark, the music will move to the historic indoor venues within walking distance from the festival grounds. On Sunday, all are invited to march down Main Street with the New Orleans Second Line brass band parade, complete with colorful floats, costumes, beads, and festive decorations.
