Perpetual Groove migrated south over the weekend for a pair of shows at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC and Barrelhouse Ballroom in Chattanooga, TN on Friday and Saturday.
The beloved Savannah, Georgia-bred quartet was joined by Atlanta-based singer-songwriter Ansley Stewart, who sat in on a number of tunes throughout the weekend’s four jam-packed sets.

The trip marked PGroove’s first shows of 2024. Last year, the band celebrated the 20th anniversary of its breakout album, Sweet Oblivious Antidote, with a remixed and remastered 20th anniversary double LP pressed to vinyl for the first time ever, featuring two newly recorded bonus tracks.
Later this month, Perpetual Groove will hit the high seas aboard Jam Cruise 20. The band will then return to land for a run of shows in Colorado, Mississippi, and New Orleans, LA. For a full list of upcoming tour dates and to purchase tickets, visit the band’s website.
