While The String Cheese Incident has enjoyed a prolific career over the last 30 years, they weren’t always the jam giants they are today. Back on this day in 1997, Cheese was just making a name for themselves, breaking through with their bluegrass-infused sound when they rolled into Zephyr Club in Salt Lake City, UT.
Even back then, the grooves were as cheesy as ever, with a setlist featuring tunes like “Got What He Wanted”, “Come As You Are”, “Round The Wheel”, and more.
