Momentum continues to build for Eggy, the quartet out of New Haven, CT. As the band prepares to follow last weekend’s sold-out, three-show stretch (Burlington, VT x2 and Portland, ME) with yet another weekend of sold-out concerts at Washington, D.C.’s The Atlantis (3/21), Ardmore, PA’s Ardmore Music Hall (3/22), and Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Bowl (3/23), Eggy has detailed a pair of livestreams and released its first-ever vinyl record.

After beginning this weekend’s run with a show at Washington, D.C.’s The Atlantis on Thursday night, the band—comprised of Jake Brownstein (guitar, vocals), Dani Battat (keys, vocals), Mike Goodman (bass, vocals) and Alex Bailey (drums, vocals)—will head to the Philadelphia-area Ardmore Music Hall on Friday. Prior to the Ardmore show, the band will sit down with Osiris Media‘s RJ Bee for a free-for-ticket-holders “Music & Conversation” event at the venue at 5:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Eggy will return to Brooklyn, NY for its first-ever Purim celebration. Prior to the sold-out show/”Reelin’ in the Years”-themed costume party—which will feature The Funky Dawgz Horns and sets by DJ Uncle Jesse—the band will set up shop at the nearby Threes Brewing Greenpoint for a pre-show pop-up event. The pop-up will lean into the retrospective theme of the evening by allowing fans to dig through the Eggy merch vault and peruse artwork and other items designed by friends of the band like Some Saxy and Long Strange Putt. Attendees will also be invited to walk the red carpet and take photos in their decade-specific costumes. The pop-up will take place from 2:00 p.m. through 7:00 p.m. prior to the show at Brooklyn Bowl, which begins at 8:00 p.m.
