Jam Cruise will celebrate the announcement of the lineup for its 21st sailing during a pair of concerts at New Orleans, LA’s Toulouse Theatre on Thursday, May 2nd during New Orleans Jazz Fest.
The official Jam Cruise 21 lineup announcement party will coincide with two separately ticketed shows featuring familiar New Orleans artists with notable Jam Cruise resumes. First, eclectic NOLA soul/hip-hop/jazz/spoken word outfit Tank and the Bangas will take the stage for the opening show of their three-night stand at Toulouse Theatre [get tickets]. After midnight, Galactic drummer Stanton Moore will take over the room for a funk jam session with a group of notable friends including organist Robert Walter (Mike Gordon, Roger Waters, The Greyboy Allstars), enigmatic saxophonist Skerik (Les Claypool), guitarist Will Bernard, and local favorite trombonist/bandleader Big Sam (Big Sam’s Funky Nation) [get tickets].

In addition to celebrating the floating festival’s 2025 lineup, set to be revealed earlier that day, the Cloud 9 Adventures team will be on site at Toulouse Theatre on May 2nd to answer questions and help pre-book fans’ Jam Cruise 21 trips. Ahead of the lineup announcement party, fans can also pre-book for Jam Cruise 21 at the Daze Between New Orleans festival at Faubourg Brewery on Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st.
