The Roots will hit the road this summer for the Hip-Hop Is The Love Of My Life Tour along with Arrested Development and Digable Planets.
The Grammy-winning hip-hop ensemble and house band for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is gearing up to kick off the summer with Roots Picnic at The Mann in Fairmount Park in their hometown of Philadelphia, PA Lil Wayne, André 3000, Jill Scott, and more on June 1st and 2nd, 2024 followed by the first-ever Roots Picnic: Hip-Hop Is The Love of My Life festival on June 29th featuring Queen Latifah, Common, the Pharcyde, Black Sheep’s Dres, and more at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA.
They’ll then embark on the Hip-Hop Is The Love Of My Life Tour starting August 16th in Houston, TX, making stops in the South, Midwest, and East Coast. The tour is currently set to wrap on September 1st in Boston, MA, but additional shows will be added soon, per a press release.
