American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish achieves the biggest album debut of her career with the release of her third studio album, “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT.” The new album earned more than 500 million global streams and debuted at #1 in Australia and 13 other countries, with more chart data due this week. The debut album has earned more than 69 billion streams and sold 17.8 million units globally.
Billie Eilish self-written the album and produced the album exclusively with her brother FINNEAS, . The album features 10 tracks and the first-week numbers of “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT” have surpassed her groundbreaking debut of “WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?” in 2019.

Billie Eilish’s album’s lead single, “LUNCH,” already doubled the highest first week and became #1 most streamed song worldwide on Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes. The music video for “LUNCH” is directed by Eilish and sets the record for the biggest YouTube debut in 2023 of any solo song.
She first gained recognition via “Ocean Eyes” in 2015, Eilish has since become the youngest artist to win all four major Grammy Awards in 2020. Billie Eilish was further nominated for the 2023 Academy Awards and received her second Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.
Billie Eilish is all set to begin her “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR, in Australia from February to March 2025.
