The Marcus King Band Shares ‘Carolina Confessions’ Album

The Marcus King Band is set to release their latest studio effort Carolina Confessions this Friday, October 5 through Fantasy Records. Today, the South Carolina-based act shared a full stream of Carolina Confessions via Noisey.

For the follow-up to their 2016 self-titled album, the Southern rock and blues act headed to Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A to team up with producer Dave Cobb. The collection features nine tracks written by Marcus King and one, “How Long,” co-written by The Black Keys’ guitarist Dan Auerbach and Nashville-based singer-songwriter Pat McLaughlin. King is joined in the band by keyboardist DeShawn Alexander, bassist Stephen Campbell, trombonist/trumpeter Justin Johnson, saxophonist Dean Mitchell and drummer Jack Ryan.
