Willie Nelson, My Morning Jacket, Maggie Rogers and Ziggy Marley are just a few of the acts participating in “Earth Day Eve,” a livestream special organized by National Geographic. “Earth Day Eve” premieres on Wednesday, April 21 at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT via NatGeo.com.
AURORA, Angélique Kidjo, José González, Rostam, Valerie June and Yo-Yo Ma round out the list of performers. “Earth Day Eve” will also feature special appearances from Brian Skerry, Dr. Jane Goodall, Lillygol Sedaghat, Dr. Lucy Hawkes and Dr. Rae Wynn-Grant.
Jessica Nabongo will host the virtual celebration. My Morning Jacket will unveil a new video during “Earth Day Eve” as per Rolling Stone.

From Aurora’s forest performance in Bergen, Norway, to Jane Goodall’s greeting from her home in England, the celebration will give us even more of a reason to fall in love with the place we all call home — and empower us to act to protect it.”
