Ghost Light — the supergroup made up of keyboardist Holly Bowling, guitarists Tom Hamilton (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead/American Babies) and Raina Mullen (American Babies), drummer Scotty Zwang (Nicos Gun) and bassist Steve Lyons (Dopapod/RAQ) — has dipped into their archives to launch a new full show audio series. The five-piece act will roll out soundboard recordings on a semi-regular basis on Fridays.
For their inaugural ‘Full Show Friday’ release, the quartet has uploaded their recent set from the Hangtown Music Festival. The band opened things up with a lengthy pairing of “Boy” and “Bullseye Blues.” Later in the stanza they would offer up a nearly 40-minute jam-filled run that started with “Diamond Eyes” and would see them drop “Best Kept Secret” in the middle of “Lead Weight.” Ghost Light kicks off their fall headlining run on Wednesday, November 14 at Jupiter Hall in Albany, New York.
