The return of Wilco is coming soon. Wilco took 2018 off so that drummer Glenn Kotche could accompany his wife Miiri to Finland, where she is studying medical device design. Today, Wilco announced a European Tour scheduled for June 2019.
Wilco begins the tour with two nights at Ancienne Belgique in Brussels on June 12 and 13. Jeff Tweedy then brings the band to Amsterdam on June 16. Next comes a string of shows in France and an appearance at Azkena Rock Festival in Spain on June 22. Wilco heads home after that to headline the 2019 installment of their Solid Sound Festival.
Tickets for the European headlining dates go on sale this Friday, November 30 at 10 a.m. CET.
