Venue restrictions and a changing of COVID rules around the country aside, Moaning Lisa will be pushing ahead with their tour.
The band announced that a national run in support of their debut album Something Like This But Not This was announced some months ago, but it’s been understandable to assume that there were some reschedules or even cancellations on the horizon. Eventually, the tour was rescheduled from October/November to February and March this year.
So goes the general state of play since the pandemic has screwed much of the live music industry.
Moaning Lisa fans needn’t worry though, things are going ahead as planned.
On social media, the band announced the update which also included their support acts.
“We have been anxiously awaiting the go ahead for this tour and WE’RE DOING IT PEOPLE!! And we have supports for it now too!!” the post reads.
“We’re hitting the road alongside some of the most impressive artists we’ve seen in a long time so this is gonna be reeeeally spesh.”
