Boston-based soul-pop septet Couch stopped by New York City’s Gramercy Theatre for a nearly sold-out show on Saturday. The group is currently in the midst of its Get Off the Couch! Tour.
Following an opening set by Jackson Lundy, Tema Siegel (lead vocals), Zach Blankstein (guitar), Will Griffin (bass), Eric Tarlin (sax), Jeffrey Pinsker Smith (trumpet), Danny Silverstein (keys), Jared Gozinsky (drums), and Ella Atkinson (backing vocals) took the stage raring to go. The group was especially eager to perform after having to postpone shows in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana because Tema lost her voice due to a cold the week before.
Couch recently shared “Poems”, the first of three new singles releasing during the Get Off the Couch! Tour. The band announced that the second single, “Autumn”, will be available on all streaming platforms next Friday, October 21st, and features Jackson Lundy. Pre-save the track here. Details of the third single are yet to be revealed.

Tour will continue on November 11th at Cervantes’ Other Side in Denver, CO.
