Pink Talking Fish will honor the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s legendary album The Dark Side Of The Moon this spring. Each headlining tour date of the band’s upcoming spring trek will find PTF performing Dark Side in its entirety for the first set before devoting the second set to their typical mix of songs from the Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish live repertoires.
The tribute act kicks off the tour with “The Anniversary Show” in Beverly, Massachusetts on March 11 featuring Dark Side as the first set and a full rendition of Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense soundtrack as set two. Dark Side Of The Moon 50th Anniversary celebrations will then be held in New York City on March 24 and Greenwich, Rhode Island on March 25.
Pink Talking Fish brings the celebratory run to Madison, New Hampshire on March 31 and April 1. From there, the quartet embarks on a swing from April 13 through April 22 featuring stops in Buffalo, Ferndale (Michigan), Chicago, Milwaukee, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Ardmore (Pennsylvania) and Fairfield (Connecticut).
After a week off, Pink Talking Fish resumes the tour with a concert in Essex Junction, Vermont on April 29. It’s then off to Montclair, New Jersey on May 5 and Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania on May 6. The four-piece ends the excursion with an appearance at the inaugural Echoland Festival and a headlining gig in Portland, Maine on May 13.
