As hinted, Goldenvoice will bring together six iconic metal acts for the Power Trip festival. The three-day event will be held at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California on October 6 – 8.
Each night of the event at the home of Coachella will feature performances from two bands. Guns N’ Roses and Iron Maiden kick off Power Trip on Friday, October 6. Then, AC/DC and Ozzy Osbourne take the stage on Saturday, October 7. The festival closes on Sunday, October 8 with sets from Metallica and Tool.
Goldenvoice previously presented Desert Trip at the site in 2016. That festival went heavy on legendary rock musicians including Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Roger Waters and Paul McCartney.
AC/DC last played live in 2016, while Osbourne will perform for the first time since announcing his retirement from touring. Both camping and hotel packages are available.
