The Akron, Ohio-bred stunner is the reigning Miss Swimsuit USA 2019—it’s easy to why she earned the venerable title after viewing the gallery above.
Because of her wide exposure in the pageant world—the Cali-based beauty queen has also been crowned Miss South Bay USA and Miss Turismo Latino—Nowak has been able to jump-start a burgeoning modeling career that’s already landed her in New York Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week shows.
As if that weren’t impressive enough, she also stars in the Daytime Emmy-nominated show Blue Laces.
Oh, and she met Spike Lee at the 2019 Golden Globes.

How can a man catch your attention?
Chivalry isn’t dead, at least not in my book. I want a man that opens the door for me, pulls out my chair, and treats me like a lady.
What’s the worst pick-up line you’ve ever heard?
I once received a DM that read, “If you were a transformer You’d be Optimus ‘fine.'”
Yikes. How do you let a man know you’re interested?
If I want a man’s attention I flirt with my eyes. As an actor we are taught to speak with our eyes and I definitely use that skill in my personal life!
Tell us about your ideal date.
I like going on adventurous dates, I’m up for a challenge. Something along the lines of zip lining, rock climbing, a hot air balloon ride, or something neither of us have done before. I am a sucker for firsts!
What about a man turns you on the most?
Confidence. I’m really turned on by the man that can take over the room with his charm and presence.
When do you feel sexiest?
I feel really sexy when I’m very tan on the beach. Something about a glow makes me feel alive and beautiful.
Who’s your biggest celebrity crush?
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
You’re definitely not alone. What’s your favorite thing to do in the bedroom?
I love to read, and my bedroom is where I read movie scripts and practice for castings in the mirror. I take my career very seriously. My room is my stage.
What should a man never do in the bedroom?
Talk on the phone or text someone. He should turn his phone on silent and put his attention on who he’s with. I find true human connection is so rare these days! Connect!
Have any sexy fantasies?
I think everyone has fantasies, especially as an actress. We have a vivid imagination.
Lastly, what’s your guiltiest pleasure?
It’s going to sound silly but my guiltiest pleasure is actually grocery shopping. I love going to Whole Foods and dropping a few hundred dollars on things like truffle oil and new essential oils. It is serious retail therapy, but a really bad habit! I also can’t go to Target alone.
