Tedeschi Trucks Band filled out much of its 2024 calendar on Monday, announcing new Deuces Wild tour dates. The fresh crop of over four dozen concerts will carry the Grammy-winning 12-piece across North America from May through October, featuring special guests Little Feat, Margo Price, Greensky Bluegrass, and Joe Purdy on select dates.
The new Deuces Wild tour dates will kick off with a two-night stint in Portland, OR (5/22–5/23), launching the band’s first West Coast run since 2022. Other western dates will follow in Washington, California, Nevada, Phoenix, and more ahead of the band’s two-night return to Red Rocks Amphitheatre (7/26–7/27) with Margo Price.
The tour also features multi-night engagements across the country in Minneapolis (8/2–8/3), Bridgeport, CT (8/23–8/24), Saratoga Springs, NY (8/30–8/31, featuring three-act bills of TTB with Margo Price, Little Feat, and Greensky Bluegrass on a rotating basis), a two-night run at New York’s Beacon Theatre (9/24–9/25) followed by two nights at Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre (9/27–9/28), Boston (10/1, 10/4), and finally Port Chester, NY (10/8–10/9).
A fan club pre-sale for the new Tedeschi Trucks Band Deuces Wild tour dates begins on Wednesday, February 28th at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 1st at 10 a.m. local time. See below for a detailed list of tour dates and visit the band’s website for tickets.
This announcement arrives on the precipice of Tedeschi Trucks Band’s highly anticipated residency at Beacon Theatre this coming weekend. The band announced its return to the Beacon from the stage during its headlining debut at Madison Square Garden last summer, part of the two-city Garden Parties arena run which began at Boston’s TD Garden.
The band is already on track for a big year in 2024, with bandleaders Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi fresh off a weekend of serving as special guests at the inaugural Dead Ahead destination event in Mexico. Down south in Cancún, Derek and Susan played in the sand with the Grateful Dead‘s Bob Weir and Mickey Hart, their Dead & Company bandmates Oteil Burbridge, Jeff Chimenti, and Jay Lane, and country music ass-kicker Sturgill Simpson.
