Metallica, Dave Matthews Band & The Black Keys Among 1st Shows At Chase Center

Metallica will perform with the San Francisco Symphony at the grand opening of San Francisco’s soon-to-open Chase Center arena. The “reveal week” announcements for the new home to NBA’s Golden State Warriors included additional concerts by Dave Matthews Band, The Black Keys and others.

Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony will reunite for the 20th anniversary of their collaborative S&M by performing the live album at the arena’s grand opening on September 6. DMB will make their Chase Center debut on September 10 and The Black Keys will perform a show on November 20 with support form Modest Mouse and Shannon and the Clams. Chase Center will host Phil Collins on October 17, The Chainsmokers on November 29 and Andrea Bocelli with the SF Symphony & Chorus on December 5. Remaining available tickets can be purchased here.

The 18,064 seat capacity Chase Center is located in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood.
