James Marriott has announced he will return to Australia for a headlining tour of the country this December. It takes place just over a year after the English singer, songwriter and YouTuber first visited Australia – which included headlining shows in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as an appearance at last year’s Yours & Owls festival in Wollongong.

Shortly after his last visit circa October 2023, Marriott released his debut studio album Are We There Yet? The 10-track effort was supported by the release of three singles prior to its November release: June’s ‘So Long’, July’s ‘Romanticise This’ and October’s ‘Don’t Blame Me’. Marriott worked on the album with Finnish producer Aleksi Kiiskinen (AKA Psylla) and longtime co-writer Jono Suter.

In addition to performing in both Brisbane and Perth for the first time, Marriott will also stop off in New Zealand for one night only. Ahead of the Australian tour schedule, the singer will head to Auckland to perform at the city’s Powerstation on Monday, December 2nd. Tickets for this show will be available from Wednesday, July 24th at 10am NZST via the Powerstation website.
