Brace for a steaming gust of rock nostalgia because Hotter Than Hell fest is back to turn up the heat around Australia in 2024.
The national-roaming even will return this October and November hitting five outdoor venues in Dunsborough (WA), Mt. Evelyn (VIC), Gepps Cross (SA), Townsville and Brisbane (QLD), with all dates featuring homegrown rock legends Regurgitator, Jebediah and Little Birdy on the lineup.

The artist roster then shapeshifts a little from state to state, with US ska-punk icons Less Than Jake and local punks The Bennies performing in SA and QLD. Elsewhere, US alt-rockers Unwritten Law will hit the stage in WA and VIC only, while Magic Dirt icon Adalita will be in the mix in VIC and Perth indie-rockers The Kickons will do the honours in WA.
In a collective press statement hyping up their headline slot, the ‘Gurge confessed: “We were pretty set on taking a decent break after the high paced energy of making our latest album INVADER. As we rolled along over this great land and saw how much you poured your hearts into enjoying our Invasive tour performances, the Hotter Than Hell folks reached out wanting us to continue the momentum for another run of their festival dates end of year.
“We took a deep breath and said what the hell… let’s keep the heat on eleven,” they continued. “Great lineup, and great locations… one more run around the continent this year. So here we go, thick and fast as we rampage into another summer season… and it just gets hotter every year!”
Meanwhile, Less Than Jake are already coming down under for their own headline tour this year, celebrating their seminal 1998 album Hello Rockview by playing it in full alongside a bunch of back catalogue favourites, at dates in Melbourne, Perth, Wollongong, Sydney and Newcastle this October and November.
