Heavy-hitting progtronic power trio lespecial has announced the artist lineup for the fifth edition of Le Getaway, the outfit’s sleepaway camp-style concert weekend at the scenic Club Getaway in Kent, CT.
Set to take place from October 18th–20th, 2024, Le Getaway V will feature two nights of music by lespecial in addition to performances by Mihali (live band), Karina Rykman, DJ Logic, and Teddy Midnight. Also of note on the lineup is the inclusion of special guest Mike Dillon (Punkadelick, Les Claypool): While not officially billed on the lineup, the combination of lespecial and Dillon has been known to throw down heavy, punk-rock ragers under the moniker Fackn’ A.
Nestled in the picturesque Berkshire Mountains at the premier adventure resort in the Northeast, Le Getaway offers an immersive weekend experience for fans of music and fans of the great outdoors alike. Attendees will be able to enjoy restaurant-quality banquet meals throughout the weekend (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner; Sunday breakfast, lunch) including options for vegetarian, kosher, and gluten-free diets upon request. In addition to the music lineup, Le Getaway will offer a community drum circle/percussion workshop hosted by lespecial, late-night special events, a pub hike, a “Pedialyte Ping Pong Tournament” hosted by lespecial bassist Luke Bemand, “Bloody Mary Bingo” with a special guest host, campfire and s’mores, “Crazy Olympics”, a community soccer game, zip-lines, hiking, rock climbing, an aerial park, giant swings, basketball, a bungee trampoline, and much more.
All tickets for Le Getaway are all-inclusive, which means your ticket includes access to all performances, comfortable accommodations, delicious meals, and a variety of outdoor activities. Attendees will stay in Club Getaway’s rustic-chic cabins of various sizes (2, 3, 4, or 6 twin beds) overlooking the site’s lake and adjoining mountains. Cabins include air contidioning/heating, private bathrooms, and daily housekeeping.

It’s been really cool to share the magic of this place with our friends and fans the past few years. Year V is our biggest yet, and the fact that we’re bringing this lineup to this amazing location, during the best time of year in the Northeast is really exciting. There will be more musical collabs, special sets and unique activities than ever before. It’s going to be a special weekend.”

lespecial—comprised of Bemand, Rory Dolan (drums, vocals), and Jon Grusauskas (guitar, synths, vocals)—recently released Sandwich Cage, an EP comprised of unique mash-ups that provide a peek into the myriad influences at play within the unique outfit’s sound. The EP followed the band’s well-received fourth studio album, 2023’s Odd Times. The band will make stops at a number of festivals in the Northeast and mount a run of Colorado shows with support from Mike Dillon & Punkadelick ahead of its return to Club Getaway in October.
