Right now, the Toshiba 43-inch C350 Series is $159.99 (originally $279.99). This is the lowest price the TV has been since its release, according to price-checking tools.
The Toshiba C350 is a budget TV released in 2023, the second generation of the 2021 version of the same name. It is Toshiba’s first line of TVs and they packed it with as many features as was reasonable for a budget TV. This second-generation TV’s listing price is much cheaper than the 2021 version, almost by half, but its current deal takes it down even further to a price range where it’s hard to find much competition.
The viewing angle for this TV is excellent—you can set it up in front of a long couch or watch it from the kitchen without feeling like you’re missing out. If you like your home bright, this TV also performs well with reflections on its screen. The color accuracy is also excellent without needing to do any fancy calibration settings. If you like playing video games, the input lag is just 15.5 ms, which is very responsive, especially for a budget TV. It can also double as a PC monitor for gaming with its Game Mode or “PC” (picture mode) in the settings.
Where Toshiba made cuts for this TV is in its contrast, with blacks lacking in depth and uniformity. Its peak brightness is also unimpressive and there is no local dimming. But for a 4K smart budget TV, you expect some shortcomings.
