Cool Cool Cool has announced a run of fall 2024 tour dates featuring shows in California, the South, the Northeast.
The tour will kick off on the West Coast at San Francisco’s Boom Boom Room on September 12th. Cool Cool Cool will do a quick weekend tour of California with stops at Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz (9/13), Whale Rock Music & Arts Festival in Paso Robles (9/14), and Venice, CA, where the band will team up with Shambala at The Venice West on September 15th.
In October, the tour will resume in the South with a trio of North Carolina shows in Swannanoa (10/11), Charlotte (10/12), and Durham (10/13), followed by a stop at Richmond Music Hall in Richmond, VA on October 15th. Cool Cool Cool will play a homecoming show at Brooklyn, New York’s Brooklyn Bowl with Funk You on October 17th before continuing on to New England for shows in Bridgeport, CT (10/18), Portland, ME (10/19), and Waterbury, VT (10/20). Finally, the tour is set to conclude at the end of November with a weekend run in Colorado comprised of shows in Durango (11/20), Buena Vista (11/21), and Denver (11/23).
The tour announcement comes just days after drummer Michelangelo “Mikey” Carubba announced he would step away from touring to refocus his energy after more than 21 years playing professionally with groups including Turkuaz, Ryan Montbleau, Death Kings, and Cool Cool Cool. Saxophonist Josh Schwartz also announced his departure from the group earlier this year to focus on his solo endeavors. The band has not yet announced who will play drums for the tour.
