Sticky Fingers have made a surprise return to the live stage, after teasing a return to music following a 12-month hiatus.

Revealing themselves as the ‘Secret Headliner’ at Friday’s Bad Friday festival in Sydney, Sticky Fingers played songs new and old songs at their first show since Tasmania’s Party In The Paddock festival in February 2017. Watch crowd-shot footage from their set, below.

Sticky Fingers announced in December 2016 they would be going on an indefinite hiatus following “internal issues” within the band, later telling fans at Party In The Paddock, “There’s a huge difference between hiatus and breaking up.”

The band released their latest piece of music, ‘Everybody’s Talkin’ Bout It’, ahead of their hiatus, with rumours of a live return circling earlier this year.
