UPDATE: The War On Drugs Replaces My Morning Jacket On 2022 Innings Festival Lineup

[UPDATE 1/6/22]: The War On Drugs will replace My Morning Jacket as headliners at the first-annual Innings Festival next month in Arizona. The Louisville, KY-bred psych-pop-rock ensemble pulled out of the festival—set to take place at Beach Park & Arts Park in Tempe on February 26th and 27th—due to “unforeseen logistical circumstances.”

The War On Drugs will now join the Sunday lineup consisting of Tame Impala, Black PumasFitz and the TantrumsMatt & KimNothing But ThievesJade BirdLow Cut ConnieBriscoe, and Sydney Sprague. Innings Festival will begin on Saturday with sets from Foo Fighters, St. Vincent, Billy Strings, CAAMPDashboard ConfessionalWhite Reaper, The DipDel Water GapGirlhouseAlmost Monday, and an All-Star Baseball Jam hosted by former professional baseball player/avid guitarist Jake Peavy.

Fittingly, Innings Festival will also host appearances from MLB greats Roger ClemensRyan DempsterDave StewartRick SutcliffeTim RainesKenny LoftonEric GagneJonny GomesJim AbottSean CaseyKeith FoulkeTim Salmon, and Russ Ortiz.

[10/15/21]: Innings Festival has announced the lineup for its 2022 event. The baseball-themed music festival is set to take place at Beach Park & Arts Park in Tempe, AZ on February 26th and 27th of next year. The initial lineup announcement features over 20 acts including Foo FightersTame ImpalaBilly StringsMy Morning Jacket, and more.

The aforementioned Foo Fighters will headline night one (Saturday, February 26th). Keeping with the baseball theme, Innings Festival will treat fans to a variety of appearances by MLB legends throughout the weekend. These appearances include Roger ClemensRyan DempsterDave StewartRick SutcliffeTim RainesKenny LoftonEric GagneJonny GomesJim AbottSean CaseyKeith FoulkeTim Salmon, and Russ Ortiz, with more legends and musical artists to be announced soon.
