Connecticut-based power trio lespecial has announced the Homieverse Tour 2022 which will take the band across the United States from February through April.

Following a previously-announced run of shows in support of Umphrey’s McGee‘s winter tour (2/11–2/26), members Jon Grusauaskas (guitar), Luke Bemand (bass), and Rory Dolan (drums) will link up with TAUK at Brooklyn Bowl in Philadelphia, PA (3/4). From there, lespecial will embark on its first-ever tour of the Pacific Northwest featuring stops in Seattle, WA (3/16); Portland, OR (3/17); Bend, OR (3/18); and Eugene, OR (3/19).

The run of firsts will continue as Grusauaskas, Bemand, and Dolan bring their brand of “heavy future groove” to a number of new destinations including New Orleans, LA’s d.b.a (3/23); Houston, TX’s ‘s Last Concert Cafe (3/24); Austin, TX’s Empire Control Room (3/25); and Dallas’ Deep Ellum Art Company (3/26); and Nashville, TN’s Five Spot (3/30).

After joining forces with Papadosio at Athens, GA’s Georgia Theatre on March 31st, lespecial will trek north for a romp through Roanoke, VA (4/1); Washington, D.C. (4/2); New York, NY (4/16); Portland, ME (4/28); Burlington, VT (4/29); and Bridgeport, CT (4/30). The show at NYC’s Gramercy Theatre will see lespecial offer a special, two-set performance featuring a full recreation of Primus‘ Frizzle Fry.

Also included in the lespecial Homieverse Tour 2022 are a spot at Summer Camp Music Festival (5/27–5/29) and the band’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre debut in Morrison, CO on June 17th supporting Umphrey’s McGee.
